Job Description Job Description We are seeking quality Glaziers with a passion for their craft and a desire to be a part of projects that both they, and the client, will be proud of for many years to come.  As a Glazier it will be your responsibility for completing quality installations and repairs on various residential and commercial job sites. This would include fabrication and installation of aluminum storefronts, commercial doors/hardware, windows, mirrors, shower enclosures (framed and frameless), glass railings, etc. Carpentry skills are a plus , as well as ability to lead crews both large and small. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ·       Pride in your craftsmanship ·       Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings to determine the most suitable method of installation. ·       Verify materials are installed in industry standards ·       Follow instructions during project assignments (written & verbal). · Fabrication/Installation of a wide variety of glazing materials, for both Commercial & Residential. ·       Promote and follow safety guidelines and safe working practices. ·       Maintain order and cleanliness of job site, company truck and equipment. REQUIRED SKILLS: ·       Punctuality. ·       5+ years of related experience and/or training. ·       Must possess a valid California drivers’ license and clean driving record. ·       Organized, responsible, professional, possess time management skills and extremely reliable. * Solid communication skills. ·       Able to work independently or part of a team. ·       Excellent customer service skills. ·       High attention to detail and quality work. * Candidates must be physically capable of performing work with the ability to lift up to 100lbs. * Strong leadership skills are a plus.
